How to reach us...

From Fiumicino Airport

  • AUTHOURISED TAXIS (white vehicles with taximeter): There is a taxi rank outside the arrivals terminal. The official taxis of Rome have a fixed rate for journeys within the Aurelian Wall (Mura Aureliane) which is currently 45 Euros including luggage and for a maximum of 4 persons.
  • LEONARDO EXPRESS TRAIN to Termini Station: Tickets cost: approximately 14 Euros per person. Journey travel time: approximately 35 minutes. Trains depart approximately every 30 minutes from 6.36am to 11.36pm.

From Ciampino Airport

  • AUTHOURISED TAXIS (white vehicles with taximeter): There is a taxi rank outside the arrivals terminal. The official taxis of Rome have a fixed rate for journeys within the Aurelian Wall (Mura Aureliane) which is currently 35 Euros including luggage and for a maximum of 4 persons.
  • TERRAVISION SHUTTLE BUS to Termini Station: Tickets cost: approximately 10 Euros per person. Journey travel time: approximately 40 minutes. Buses depart frequently to coincide with the arrivals and departures of the major low cost airlines. For further information visit:

From Termini Station

  • AUTHOURISED TAXIS (white vehicles with taximeter): There is a taxi rank at the entrance of the station at Piazza dei Cinquecento (close to the bus terminal). Cost is approximately 15 Euros.
  • METRO: Line A (red) in the direction of Battistini. Tickets cost: 1 Euro per person. Get off at the 'Spagna' stop and from here there is a lift to Trinità dei Monti. Just 5 minutes away, on your right is Via Gregoriana and you will find Hotel Suisse at number 54.

By car

  • From the GRA – Grande Raccordo Anulare (Rome's main ring road) take the exit Nomentana in the direction of the centre ('centro') and continue in this direction for 10 - 15 minutes along 'Via Nomentana'. Once you have reached the arch of Porta Pia, turn right into Corso d'Italia, followed by a left for Piazzale Brasile, stay on Largo F. Fellini. Turn right into Via di Porta Pinciana, then right again into Via F. Crispi and right again into Via Sistina. At the top of Via Sistina, turn left into Via Gregoriana, where the hotel is located.
  • Hotel Suisse is located in the ZTL (Zona a traffico limitato - limited traffic zone) and access is not permitted at the following times: Monday to Friday: 6.00am - 6.00pm; Saturday: 2.00pm - 6.00pm and Friday and Saturday: 11.00pm - 3.00am. The closest car park is Parking Ludovisi, Via Ludovisi 60 (Via Veneto). Tel. (+39) 06 47 40 632, 400 parking places.
